Hi Kimberly, I just wanted to thank you for introducing me to The Faster Way lifestyle, and share my wins with you. I have taken my measurements every three months, and as of yesterday, I have lost 31/2 inches in my waist. I had a dexa scan today, and have lost 4% body fat in the last 3 months. And I’ve lost 17lbs since June 1st. I appreciate the support and I feel fabulous! And most of all, it’s so nice to eat a normal balanced diet.I guess you can teach an old dog, new tricks...hahaha.

Down 7 lbs and 15" overall and mostly in my waist , hips and chest. It is working for me! I love this program. I never feel hungry because I am still able to eat what I love (avocados, nut butters , chicken, meat, pizza) and the workouts are quick and effective. Before the FW I thought I had do hard cardio everyday. And if I did not then I felt I wasn't getting a good workout in and I couldn't eat what I wanted that day. Then, when I went off the wagon for a meal , I would really just overdo it for a few days and and say I'd start over on Monday. I have changed my mindset and it is not all or nothing anymore. It is progress over perfection! The FW has lessened my guilt over food and treats. Thank you so much for encouraging me along the way and answering all my questions. I look forward to continuing my new found lifestyle!!
